 Tony Leung portrays the cop who gets himself put in a prison run by a corrupt Chief Warden, to discover who is faking the deaths of condemned convicts and then using them as expendable assassins.

Also in the jail are Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung, Jimmy Wang Yu and Andy Lau.
