How we do it

Quality is free - We don't charge anything for membership or our regular seminars because our speakers volunteer to give us their time and expertise and our venues and light refreshments are also kindly supplied by our venue sponsors.

Our Mission

To promote quality thinking across Hong Kong and to provide a forum for like-minded people eager to learn from each other.

Brief History

In 1994 a small group of active quality practitioners set up the HKTQF to promote and spread quality practices across Hong Kong. They decided to do this by setting up monthly forum meetings where people could come free of charge to the seminars to hear and learn from the experiences of other people in similar situations and to share their knowledge.
