RACHEL HOLBROOK


        "I'm looking forward to graduation and all the activities that go with it," commented senior Rachel Holbrook. One of the most pressing activities ahe has in mind is the Caribbean Cruise, which Rachel and several other seniors will be going this summer.

        But, until that time comes, Rachel keeps busy by being in the band among other things. Rachel has received numerous honors in band. A few of these incule being a member of the Louisiana Bandmaster's Association (LBA) State Band, the flag corps and the All Star Marching Band. Rachel is also Band Treasurer.

        She is also an active member of the National Honor Society, Crafts Club and Outdoor Wildlife Club, in which she holds the office of treasurer.

        Earlier this year, Rachel served as a maid on the Homecoming Court.

        In her leisure time, Rachel enjoys dancing(especially at the Foundry in Thibodaux), water skiing, swimming, horse-back riding and working in the outdoors.

        Rachel's future ambition's are to move to Florida where she hopes to able to work and attend college.


MARK MARCHAND


        "I'm excited about graduation and can't wait to get out, because I am planning to attend college to become a marine biologist, " commented senior personality, Mark Marchand.

        He loves water skiing, surfing, skateboarding, his truck and being around hos girlfriend Terry.

        Mark enjoys chemistry and Mrs, Gardner is hos favorite teacher. "She is a really good friend," said Mark.

        Working at the pet shop in the mall is what Mark does after-school and on Saturdays. "I really like it a lot and it's fun, " commented Mark.

        Mark plans on going tubing for senior weekend and says, "I am going to Tickfaw and plan to drink the town dry!"

        He has been an active member of the Outdoor Wildlife club ever since his sophomore year and this year, Mark is a member of the Explorer Post 400.
