BREAKDANCE

Air Swipes

Air swipes are extremely easy if you can do 1990s, or 2000s, but they can also sort of help you learn 1990s and 2000s. Start standing up, swing both hands to your right, then as hard as you can to your left and behind you. At the same time you swing to your left, kick up you left leg first, and then jump back onto your hands as if you were doing a diagonal handspring, or just falling into a diagonal one-legged bridge. Keep your feet in the air, only hands touch ground. Then swing your right leg over and around you left. You can land it one legged if you want, or you can make yourself stand back out of it and continue it. This move is not easy, practice doing the other swipes first so you know how your legs are supposed to go. It also helps if you can do a handstand. Don't stop breaking!

Halo

The best way to start halos is of course out of a windmill, being that halos are basically windmills without your back. It's a little more difficult to learn halos without the windmill, because you won't have any momentum. These instructions are for spinning counterclockwise.
1) Do a single windmill and catch yourself on your hands like you normally would do to set up for the next windmill, with your left hand tucked into your left hip and your right hand to the side, and rest the left side of your head on the floor.
2) Push your body up with both hands so that you are in sort of a diagonal headstand, and at the same time push with your right hand like you would for a handglide. This maneuver is called a headglide or an Icey Ice. Your legs should be automatically wound up to whip your body around, without you actually thinking about it.
Tip -- it's a good thing to practice a headglide, without the spin, out of a single windmill before going on to halos. Just windmill, catch, push sideways (but not up), and attempt to spin on one hand while the side of your head glides on the floor. Wear a beanie or grow an afro.
3) At the same time as #2, unwind your legs by throwing your right leg up first, then immediately throw your left leg up and around your right leg in a circular motion. #s 2 and 3 will be done all at once, very quickly. Remember, this is basically a windmill motion on your head, so think of it that way while you're doing it. Make sure you keep your legs split, as they have a tendency to come together, causing your body to drill.
4) You are going to let go of the floor with your hands when you start the headglide, one hand at a time. First the right hand lets go, but not until after you've initiated the glide and begun to turn over on your head, then the left, but the left hand should stay on the ground until you have spun around to the point where the left hand is forced to leave the ground. This should be automatic also. You then need to whip your shoulders around in a headspin-type motion after letting go and while your legs are swinging around as mentioned in #3, then you need to catch the floor first with your right hand before you complete the full 360 degree spin, then with the left hand, and your left hip should come to rest right back on your left elbow. From here you should be able to set up for another spin, by winding up your legs all over again.
Keep in mind that you must have a strong neck for halos, and your windmills should be pretty advanced. It's also good to warm up and stretch out your shoulders before practicing halos, because the rotator cuff is very sensitive and can be injured very easily from being twisted in directions that it's not supposed to go. The wrists, fingers, elbows, neck, and cranium are also at risk from doing this move. Headspins are NOT a requirement for halos, as is somewhat commonly believed, but being able to headspin doesn't hurt, because the more moves you have down pat, the more coordinated your body will be, and power moves are ALL about total body coordination.
Once you have good control of your halos, you'll be ready for double halos, and eventually triple halos. Lil Cesar and Orko could even pull quadruple and quintuple halos with a drilled technique back in the days.

Six-Steps

What up, new breakers?? A lot of you have been askin' about how to do a six-step, and have never gotten an answer, this is for you. The six-step is basic footwork that you should practice, everytime you break. You should be able, eventually to improvise your six-step with extra movments and steps (sometimes referred to as Techs) for style and originality. As you learn power moves (windmills, flares, etc), you should strive to be able to go into them from a six-step, and come out of them into the six-step (in addition to the other methods of starting and ending them).
For counter-clockwise six-steps, start from a push-up position with your legs spread (this seems kinda silly, but it's the easiest way to explain it, you can start from any position).
Lift your RIGHT arm, and move your LEFT leg through so it's in front of your RIGHT leg. Move your RIGHT leg so that your RIGHT foot is BEHIND the LEFT foot (your legs will be crossed LEFT over RIGHT). Move your LEFT foot in a small arc so your legs are uncrossed. At the same time switch your hands (pick the LEFT one up, and put the RIGHT one down.
Extend your RIGHT leg and sweep it around (wide) in a counter-clockwise arc so that your LEFT foot ends up covered by your RIGHT knee joint and your RIGHT foot is almost touching your butt (NOTE: Steps 3 and 4 shoud be done
in quick succession). Put your LEFT hand back down on the ground, and move your LEFT leg back to where it was in the push-up position. Move your RIGHT leg back to where it was in the push-up position, and you find yourself back at the beginning. Now, go back to step one, and repeat.
That's it. If you want go clockwise, just reverse all the LEFT/RIGHTs. One more thing, don't try to do this fast at first. Go VERY slow to get the technique down, and then increase your speed gradually. No matter how fast you go, if your footwork is sloppy, it's noticable.

Exersize

Well, if you want to learn upper body strength, a plange is NOT the best way to start off. A plange basically looks like this: arms straight (locked), planted shoulder-width apart, body perfectly horizantal, legs split or closed. Looks sort of like a h orizontal handstand. This is one of the hardest floor poses you can do, especially the closed-leg one. But what I suggest you do is start off with easier poses. If you can't already do it, start with a turtle or cricket position. If you can already do tha t, then try doing those two poses and pushing up to a handstand, and repeating. If that's too easy, then try straight-arm poses, like UFO (buddha) or air turtle positions. Or you can do an "L" position, which is where you're sitting with your le gs together in front of you, and then with your hands to your sides, pick yourself up and hold it as long as you can. Or is that also too easy? Then try this. Do a UFO or air turtle position and push up to a handstand. Try to keep your arms as straight as possible . Also try pointing your hands in different directions while you do all these poses. It works different muscles . Here's another one. If your fingers are strong enough, do an "L" pose on your fingertips, then bend your legs and pull yo ur body up to a handstand, and then drop back through to an "L" pose. Or if you're really flexible, keep your legs straight when you do this. After you can do all that, you're ready for planges and beyond.

Hand Glide

Yo, what's up! Have you ever seen someone spin on one hand and wonder "how do you That???" Well here is the answer! (This discription is to go Counter clock wise. Reverse the LEFTs & RIGHTs to go clock wise) In order to hand glide you nee d to know how to balance on two hands first! 1) Place both your elbows right next to your belly button. 2)Then have your legs bent like frogs legs are 3)Apply all your weight on your two arms and try balancing. Practice balancing in this turtle possition with two hands until you think you can ballance on it for a long time! 4) After that, get a peice of cloth, rag, bennie or cotton glove under your LEFT hand then tuck that LEFT elbow next to your belly button. 5) now use the Right hand which is doing noth ing at the moment and start paddling with it so you are spinning on your LEFT hand! (CAUTION) Do it slow at first or you may fall and pain will inflict you! 6) After you got spinning on your hand really good, add style in to it! While you are paddling gai n as much speed as you can then place your RIGHT hand on your back or head. So all you will be doing is spinning with no paddling and will be spinning with the momentum!

1990

First you find out which hand you want to spin on, your left hand or your right hand (usually the stronger hand). Now you are ready to begin.
Right hand: You start in a standing position. Then you cross your left leg over your right leg. Now you want to try doing a cartwheel with putting your left hand down first then your right. When you are doing this you want to kick up with your right leg then your left (this may feel akward at first but if you do this correctly it makes it much easier). Instead of doing a complete cartwheel, you want to stop half way and balance on your right hand. If you crossed your legs correctly you should be ready to
start spinning. just push off with your left and bring your legs together. You sould spin in the clock-wise direction and lead with your head. The TRICK to spinning is that you have to spin on the correct part of your hand or else you will not spin at all. You want to spin on the lower part of your palm, there is kind of a hard bone there, and you also want to lift up you fingers so that they do not cause friction. If you have trouble lifting up you fingers it helps to bend your elbow a little bit. It may be hard to do at first but the better your body is balanced over your right hand the longer you will spin.
Left hand: You start in a standing position. Then you cross your right leg over your left leg. Now you want to try doing a cartwheel with putting your right hand down first then your left. When you are doing this you want to kick up with your left leg then your right (this may feel akward at first but if you do this correctly it makes it much easier). Instead of doing a complete cartwheel, you want to stop half way and balance on your left hand. If you crossed your legs correctly you should be ready to
start spinning. just push off with your right and bring your legs together. You sould spin in the counter clock-wise direction and lead with your head. The TRICK to spinning is that you have to spin on the correct part of your hand or else you will not
spin at all. You want to spin on the lower part of your palm, there is kind of a hard bone there, and you also want to lift up you fingers so that they do not cause friction. If you have trouble lifting up you fingers it helps to bend your elbow a little bit. It may be hard to do at first but the better your body is balanced over your left hand the longer you will spin.

Leg Swipes

1. First you get in a position like you were gonna do a bridge (on all fours with
stomach facing the ceiling)
2. Next you lift your left hand up and kick into the air with your left foot.
3. this should bring you into the air so do the same with your right side.
4. Then land with your left hand and leg, and next your right hand and leg.

Jack Hammers

Here's a lil explanation to ya'll on how to do jackhammers. I think this is also a variation of a handglide...but harder.... In this move you hop on you're hand in da handglide position so the hand the supports you're whole weight actually comes off da ground. So you jump around in circles.
[1] First try then spinning motion. Get in da handglide position and by using only you're left hand (which is in yo stomach) try to turn a lil' bit. Sort of turn you're hand from you're wrist so you are clearly turning. Do this back & forth. After that you should try hoppin'.
[2] So once again you are in da handglide position. Now by using you're legs and you're free hand for help try to jumping in this position. this move is called The Cricket.
[3] Once you've got that down cold then try jackhammers. Now you put you're free hand behind you're back or something. you don't use it for any kind off help. So you're one hand does everything : Hopping, balancing and turning. You're legs shouldn't touch da ground at all.
It's possible to f*ck up you're knees while doin' diz one 'coz they are GOING to hit the ground when you practice this.
This move is NOT easy...And NOT for beginners. You can hurt you wrist pretty seriously if you can't hold da handglide position. You should pretty much master the position!! Keep practicing & Keep it real!!!

Walks

These moves are just variations of the Turtle or float.
VARIATIONS OF THE TURTLE ! (Walks) :
Air Turtles - arms must be straight, hands placed shoulder width
apart, legs must be bent and curled behind you ! Try to walk in
circles to really make it look better !
Buttwalks - arms must be straight, your hands must be shoulder width
apart, your body bent in an L position wit legs in front of you. It's
meant to look like a floating buttspin If you spin around !
Merry Go Rounds - just like an Air Turtle, but your body must be
straight and your legs split apart and straight. try and keep your
toes pointed ! It's much harder to walk with your legs straight in the
Merry Go Rounds , so let your legs give you a really strong initial
whip that will give you momentum ! It's basically up to your hands !
V Walks - Your arms must always be straight, hands shoulder width
apart, legs again straight and split, and your hands are placed
between your legs (Your legs should rest against your forearms).
Pig Walks - These are just like the V Walks but this time one arm is
inside the legs and one on the outside of the legs ! To make this look
better walk around in a straight line then go straight into a spin if
you feel lucky !
Their are so many different types of variations of walks and turtles.
Try making a few up yourself to really impress some people!
See ya gotta go breakin' Bye from Piglet !!!!!!!!!!

Sky Scrappers

Hey breakas!! This move is one of my favorites, its called the skyscraper.
My friend taught me this one day and I been bustin it out ever since.
1. Stand up straight arms by your sides. (This part is a little
weird to explain) Bring your right arm up to your face, then swing it in a
circular motion behind your head, turning your body to your right.
2. Put the right hand down and jump up into a handstand, twisting
your body and putting your other hand down.
3. Now lift one hand and turn, put it down. Lift the other, turn a
bit, put it down. Keep doing this over and over, til you get tired.
Its basically walking around in circles in a handstand. You can skip
the first step but I think it looks kool, gives it some style.

Roller

Ok this move is real hard to start with but look really cool when its
mastered.
Its a bit like a continuous airtrack but only horozontal rather than angled
and you do it from turtle, back to turtle.
1. Adpot Turtle position, have your left arm in stomach and right arm out
to the side.
2. Jump with your hands, using your push & shoulders & legs to rotate.
3. Land on your back but have your legs ready to kick up and spin [like
starting a windmill], now jump by kicking with your legs and
hands[optional] and land back in turtle.
This move looks really cool if you missout the bit opn your back and just
jump form turtle to turtle

Windmills

Basic Windmill: (aka Continuous Backspin) Legs spread, rolling from hands to shoulders to
hands to shoulders and so on. Legs are straight and spread and do not touch the ground. Legs
revolve in cirular motion vertically as body spins in circular motion horizontally. Only
shoulders, and hands touch the floor.

Mummy: (No hands)Hands crossed over chest, roll from forearms to shoulders to forearms
to shoulders, etc.

Pyramids: Shown Above - (No Hands) Hands on knees, roll from head to shoulders to head to
shoulders to head to shoulders, much like the shampoo. Can also be done by hopping from
shoulders to shoulders to shoulders, skipping the head.

Tips: Keep legs straight and spread. Build up speed by pushing off with hands, not by kicking.
Watch ya head! Be patient. There are an infinite variety of possible WinD MiLLs, bE
CreaTiVe...

Flares

Legs spread and rotating horizontally about the the body. Only hands touch the floor. Arms
are lifted to let legs through. Legs and hips actually rotate around shoulders which are the
central axis.

Tips: Requires good upper-body strength, and some flexibility. Stretching legs, shoulders,
and wrists and doing push-ups on a regular basis will help greatly. Kick legs high, especially
on sides. Knees can be bent in the back while learning. Swing hips out in a circle. Also Be
careful not to kick the hips up too high, what goes up must come down. Swing hips in a circle

Turtles

Balanced on only two hands with elbows placed in the gut, Bboy/Girl spins by walking in a
circular motion. Creates an almost figure-eight pattern on the floor as breaker spins.

Crickets - Bouncing Turtles - done by placing only one elbow in gut and pushing off ground
with free hand.

Their are many StYLeS of Turtles -

Tips: Practice balancing on hands without moving at first. This will strengthen the wrists,
arms and gut as well balance. Next learn to walk in various directions in this position. Once
these are mastered, spinning Turtles should come rather quickly, easily and without risk of
injury. Enjoy!

Glides

1. Depending on you being left or right footed. for me being right footed
this is how I do it. Start with your right foot on it's toe. Toe's pointing
right, so that your heel is up and is turned in.
2. As you step down it will look like your heel is going to land on your
left foot, at that time you slide your left foot out from under the heel of
the right.
3. as soon as your right foot's heel hits the floor your left foot should be
on it's toes facing out to the left with the heel turned in.
4. now comes the tricky part, depending if you want to go in a circle or just
keep moving in the same direction (which I like, cause you can glide in a
direction of a girl that is walking and it looks like you are kinda just
floating along beside her, but still facing her) Now let me try and explain.
5. Now that your left foot is on it's toe and your right is flat, the way to
keep moving the general directions is that you have to slide your right
foot on it's heel, yes that's right on it's heel at the same time your left
foot is dropping to the floor. where it gets tricky is that while gliding
your right foot's heel you have to switch it to it's toe as soon as it is in
front of the left foot.
6. at this time you right should be on it's toes in front of your left, which
should be flat to the floor. Then you just start over. Your right goes from
toe to heel while your left slides across the floor and back on to it's toe.

Coffe Grinder

This move is called the coffee grinder, or helicopter, or ball and chain, or anything else that peeps call it. Anyway this has to be like one of the easiest moves in my opinion. The only thing is that you gotta be sorta flexible.
1. Sit on the ground with your left leg bent, and your sitting on the heel. And your right leg is straight out in front of you, and your hands are on the ground on each side of you.
2. Lift up your left leg and left hand, and at the same time swing your right leg in a circular motion to your left side, under your hand and leg.
3. Bring your right leg underneath your body in a circle motion, then put your left hand and leg back down and lift up your right hand. Bring your right leg around under your right hand and then back to the starting position.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 as many times as you want.
You should do this move in your 6-step or something to make it look kool. You can get a kool stall out of this move. When you bring your right leg over to your left side grab the ankle with your left hand and hold it for a few seconds, then go back into the helicopter.

Up Rock

UpRoCk is wut a b-boy/b-girl does when they are standin up. This is one of the best moves to show your own style. These instructions are the way I learned how to uprock.
1. Start standing up with your left foot off the ground
2. Now hop to your left onto your foot and your right foot is off the ground
3. Now face to your right and hop back onto right foot
4. Now quickly hop on to ya left foot and kick your right foot out
Just keep tryin this over and over. It looks pretty sweet if ya do it right.

Elbow Pose

1. get in a turtle position.
2. push backwards with your hands onto your elbow, but when you push back at the same time kick your legs upwards to the sky while you push onto your
elbows
3) you should then be on your elbows.

Elbow Spin

The name says it all you spin on your elbow:
First you get on your elbow, the hand of the elbow you're using should be holding up your chin or anywhere else you want to put it (you should be in a position similar to a handstand)you must be able to stay in this position. When you get down the balance to achieve spin you must wind ur legs like you are doing a 1990.
This might feel awkward but if you could do a headspin or 1990 you should know how to do this. This is a difficult move and usually people just get 1-5 spins on it. To keep on going you could push of with ur free hand. When u land try to end it with a suicide or land on your feet.
How to wind your feet: to do this you must open your feet in a v shape and for
going counter clockwise kick ur left leg to ur right, then bring ur feet together. It feels awkward at first, but you'll get use to it.
Remember to were a long sleeve shirt or elbow padding when doing this.

Air Tracks

Alight here are the instructions for a move called the airtrack (which in my opinion is one of the hardest and most spectacular moves in breakdancing!)
To perform the airtrack it's best that you can perform multiple flares and windmills with ease...the reason you need to be able to do this is because an airtrack is basically a windmill in midair and you will need the flare to perform before the airtrack to gain momentum...(its almost impossible to do the airtrack by itself...most of the time you will want to perform a flare~airtrack combo)
This is for counter clockwise flares and airtracks
Start off by doing half of a flare...when you do this you should be in the back part of the flare with you hands on the ground in front of you and your legs spread apart behind you...now kick your right leg up and to your left behind you in a circular motion...at the same time look to your right (very important!)...right after you look to your right kick your left foot under your right foot (like doing a windmill except your body is off the ground)...when you twist too far to keep your hands on the ground swing your right hand around behind you...as soon as you lift your right hand give a very hard kick with your right leg going up and left and your left leg going under it (just like before...picture the motion for a windmill)...a millisecond after you let go of the ground with your right hand let go with your left hand (you have to make sure that it is a millisecond after you let go with your right hand...if you let go with both hands at once you will just fall to the ground)...when you lift your left hand you should now be in the air with your back facing the ground and your legs open like you were doing a windmill...as soon as you see the ground (that's why I told you it was
important to look to your right...so you can see the ground when you come back over) put your right hand down...then put your left hand down...you should now be in the position that you started the move in...from here you can go into windmills or another flare...
The most important thing when you do this move is to make sure that you stay about 45 degrees to the ground...if you go too high up you will land on your head instead of hand and if you go too low you will land on your back or your stomach...another tip is to make sure that you keep you legs open...if you close your legs you will spin more than you want to and land on your back...
some variations to this move:
double airtrack- an airtrack where instead of keeping your legs open you close them and spin around twice before catching your self on your hands.Nipple Twister

This move is original to me, but I don't know if it has been done before.
Just remember to wear a shirt when doing this move. (unless you only want
one nipple, and not two.)
Nipple Twist:
1.) lie flat on your stomach. hands out, and legs bent at the knees like in
a turtle position
2.) curl your back slightly, so your chest, and upper abdomin only touch
the floor.
3.) use your hands to push yourself in a twisting motion. (which ever side
is up to you.)
After you have mastered this move, which will take about two minutes, you
can get into it from just about anything, as long as you get enough
momentum. My favorite is the 6 step into this move.

Kerropi

Description:
1) You start in a crouching position
2) Now put your arms and hands between your bent knees and lean over forward and hold
your whole body (Don't support your body by putting in your elbows like doing a Turtle, also
your knees are still bent)
3) While your holding your whole body with your hands and arms only, place the insides of
your knees on top of your elbows
4) Now you are in the Keroppi stance, try jumping/leaping forward (as much as possible and
as far as you can like a frog), if you jump 5 times in a row as far as you can, it looks real
TIGHT!! Also you can trying doing a Cricket, but you can use both hands and arms!!
Also if you are a beginner, I suggest you go in the Keroppi stance and try to start balancing
your self. Try to build up your upper body strength and your forearms. And then when your
comfortable with it, try to walk with ur hands and arms
*~Another TIGHT Idea*~ I call this "Metamorphosis" which is a combo of animal moves. It
goes like this, first you can start in a Crab/Spider, and walk around a little, then you can go in
to the Keroppi, start jumping/leaping forward as much as possible, and as far as possible,
then you can finish it off with a Turtle!!

Icy Ice

1. So you're in da hanglide position lift you're feet up so that you're head
is on the ground. I have my left side of my head on the ground but you can
use
which ever you feel better with!!
2. Use you're right hand to push you're self so that you start to spin.
Once you get to spin really fast you can add you're own style in to it!!
Put you're free hand behind you're back or grab you're legs or something.
I think that handglides are easier 'cos when you're head is on da floor it
causes pretty much fraction...so in this move you won't spin very long
after you stop pushing.
So this move is just a handglide with you're head on the ground.

Description:
1. You start in a crouching position
2. Now put your arms and hands between your bent knees and lean over forward and hold
your whole body (Don't support your body by putting in your elbows like doing a Turtle, also
your knees are still bent)
3. While your holding your whole body with your hands and arms only, place the insides of
your knees on top of your elbows
4. Now you are in the Keroppi stance, try jumping/leaping forward (as much as possible and
as far as you can like a frog), if you jump 5 times in a row as far as you can, it looks real
It

Gainer

Gainer in Capoeira we called Folla Secca
Here is how to do Gainer
The way you do this is that you run forward but not too fast though(if ya running too fast
you'll lost momentum!!! And end up throwing yourself and collapse your entire body! and you
might be end up crushing hand it's happened to me before so I couldn't do windmill, turtle, or
even handstand!!) , try to imagine yourself kicking the soccer ball on the right leg, launch
your hands and legs and your body up, and then grab your legs(once you grab your legs so
you end up tucking your legs to your chest! The more you tuck your body the more u get
high!!!!) as if you are doin' backflip, is that clear??
Some people was wondering how can the legs goes up?? Well my answer is that you have to
kick! all momentum its came from you legs and. Meantime you are in the mid air try to
imagine yourself as if you are doin' backflip by grapping your legs, that's it.~
TO Overcome with F E A R!!!!, normally I scared to do this GAINER cuz I run forward and throw
my legs up, Do you know how can I overcome with fear????
Because I was thinking about doin' backflip Try it!! it'll work!.
One more thing! Don't freak your body out in the midair(just keep you body tight and tuck
your kneed to your chest), or else you'll collapse your body!.

Floor Flip

With your back facing the ground and your feet and hands on the floor (perfect in 6-step)(
your hands and feet should be about 3 feet apart), jump over your hands with 1 hand on the
ground (remember to keep your head back) and land on your feet (or in my special case the
splits). I suggest you practice bouncing first, because even though its pretty easy it hurts like
fuck if you screw it up.
Also remember to flex the muscles in your arm, you'd be surprised about how easy it is to
stuff it up just by weak arms. From there if you still have a fair bit of room in the circle you
can just backflip, you've already got the momentum going. Keep breakin' hard

Coin Drop

1. Start with your legs apart, a little further than shoulder length. Now you
can either jump into it, which is harder but looks way better! Or you can put
your hands on the ground first and then jump into it. Use one or two hands,
it is easier with two hands, but keep practicing until you get it with one
hand, and practice until you can jump into the one handed coin drop.
2. What you do is place you hands on the ground. Then you go like you are
going to flare or like a air windmill. Instead of holding yourself up, let
yourself be lowered down, with either your right or left hand depending on
which is more comfortable for you. (Right for me)
3. As you lower yourself to your back, keep your legs up above the floor.
>From this position you can either go into a windmill, but to finish the coin
drop you would roll from your right shoulder to your left. From there you
would place your hands on the ground on your left/right side of your body.
And push yourself back up on to your feet.

Butterfly

1.step hard like you're gonna jump really high forward
2.then jump up really high but become horizontal in the air jump in a
diagonal direction then become horizontal in the air)
3.now, while still airborne,(u should be facing the ground)bend your back
inward so your stomach is sticking toward the ground
4.still at the same exact time, extend your arms behind u, close to your
knees(sounds confusing but when u view the clip you'll see what I mean)
5.now snap out of it so that your leg's are in V shape and your arms are
close to your chest to support your fall.
6.then land with your arms(pretty much the same way u support yourself from
a worm), and legs flat on all fours. u should be in a push position. this
sounds crappy when I explain but when u view the clip you'll see it's pretty
good.
7.u can land in a worm style which ever u want.

Back Toss

The back toss is a move you can do when you and another breaker are
in the circle and you want to work together. It impresses the audience when I
bust it out so I figured I'd tell y'all about it.
PS: if you know capoeira and you do this while gingaing in a roda it
looks pretty cool too.
1. You and your partner face each other.
2. Have your partner throw a right punch at you. You then grab his
arm and hook yours around it. Turn so your backs are against each other and
lock arms/elbows.
3. Now bend forward and pull the other guy over you, he has to jump
or else you will be doing a lot more work than you have to. The height the
other guy gets will depend on how high he jumps, and how hard you pull him.
He should land on his feet in front of you.
This move will probably hurt your arms and back the first couple
times you do it but keep practicing and it wont. PEACE!!!

this is a not so hard, but will take time kinda move. it's hard to explain
but bear with me:
*this will hurt a few times if u don't land right*
I like this way of gettin into a circle, instead of toprocking myself into a
circle, but doin it in combo looks good too.

2-Steps

The two-step is done in many different ways, some of which will probably
be explained below, but the one that is a cool start goes like this:
Start out in a push up position and do the first step in a six step, lift
your right hand and put your left foot where your hand used to be. Instead
of stopping her, turn yourself so you're in a crab soccer position, like in
the third step of the six step. Now throw out your right leg and do a chain
and ball, a helicopter, or a coffee grinder (depends where you from). Catch
your left ankle in the air on you way around and twist and untwist it for
style points. When you land you should be in the starting position. It
helps if you're flexible when you do the chain and ball. This is very good
for getting momentum for other moves. Keep breakin'.

Stop And Goes

OK I'll explain this plain and simple.
These are called Stop & Goes and they go like this....
[1] Do what you would do when goin' to a headspin.
Whip your legs so that you spin a half or a full rotation whatever you
want....
[2] After you spin that rotation, slap yo hands back on da floor so that you
freeze
for a brief second. Right after you have stopped, whip yo legs again and spin
another
rotation and do the same thing all over again...
My personal opinion is that regular headspins look better but this is also
very cool
and pretty much easier too....
If you can do regular headspins to a few stop & goes back to headspins you is
gonna get mad props from everybody!!

Vanilla Ice

This move is quite easy, and Vanilla Ice invented it, that's how it got it's
name, ok:
1. Get in the push-up position; legs spread.
2. Go down, bending at the elbows, like your gonna do a push up.
3. Push hard up and to the right, and at the same time lift your legs off the
ground; up and to the right.
4. *Land back on your hands and toes back in the push up position.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 as many times as you want.
6. Then start pushing up and to the left, so your body moves to the left
instead of right.
If you can, you can get a quick hand clap in, while in mid-air.
