Tham Hao Yuan, a four-month-old baby, who suffers from six serious diseases including interrupted aortic arch, subaortic obstruction, single ventricle problem, patent ductus arteriosus, hernia and gastro-oesophageal reflux. He needs to go through a medical treatment to cure his illnesses but the surgery costs RM 50,000. The club decided to carry out a donation project to collect money from the teachers and students on 7th August 2002(Wednesday). We managed to collect RM 2700 while the club donated RM 500 and the total sum was RM 3200. The money was handed over to the Sin Chew Daily representative and later the Tham’s family.
