and cold... about 30 degrees. Both of us didn't think
of bringing jackets since it was warm when we left.

This
is our tour guide for Beijing, Sherry. We're learning
a lot about the history of china.
There
are 15 Starbucks in China. We also saw KFC, McDonalds,
and Dairy Queen today. This Starbucks is INSIDE the Forbidden
City. That's equivelantally as weird as finding a Starbucks
in Gettysburg.
Various
dresses we purchased for Sophia- there are two for when
she is young and two for when she is a toddler.
We bought shoes for Sophia that were
hand embroidered with little dragons on
each shoe. Sophia was born in the Year
of the Dragon, so we thought these
shoes were most appropriate.
