Project Kickoff 2009

Seeking for a Computer Systems/Designer Consultant firm or individual to design a computer network with the following features:

1. A. Online Banking, using CCA’s own bank

2. B. ATM for all CCA’s members to be paid online and to pay for professional services and products online, using CCA’s membership card privilege.

3. C. Allow selling of all computer related hardware, software, courseware, netware, supplies, etc., using e-commerce marketing strategies.

CCA is a certified by the government to offer college degree to those completing the curriculum and to sell all computer related hardware and technology upgrades and courses. CCA is an AIDS support group and a private Christian club similar to the “Y.” Sites will be located in every major city in America.

Interested firms or individuals to work on the project or be project managers, contractors or sub-contractors can prepare to give a presentation proposal; specifying what the needs and materials are, constraints, cost, milestones, etc., for the overall completion of the project.

Feasibility Phase

Designing Phase

Implementary Phase

Operational Phase

Each phase will be subject to approval before continuing into the next phase.
