Copyright issues

Mystara, D&D, AD&D and such are all trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual properties of TSR, Inc. I am in no way claiming ownership of them.
But since they dropped the line I think it is up to us Mystara fans to keep it alive.
As such, I write material that everyone can freely download and use as they wish. Do whatever you want of it, including nothing.

Because TSR recently (April 97) attacked me on copyright issues, I decided to change my policy on this subject (they shot first).
New policy regarding TSR :
This is not true for TSR or anyone else willing to make money out of my work. If they want to publish it, they must ask me beforehand, and that doesn't necessarily imply I'll let them do, or what conditions I'll impose.
Old policy regarding TSR :
Oh, BTW, this is also true for TSR, they can use it if they want (since they would claim it is their intellectual property they could do so even if I didn't want it, but that's always better when things are clear). They can even publish it to make money out of it, raw or reworked, but in that case they should credit the Mystara mailing list (not my humble self).

Works who bear the signature of someone else than me but are on my homepage are the property of their author(s); they gave me the permission to put it on my homepage but should be contacted for any other use.

This page also mirrors some other Mystara pages (not always up to date, I admit), with the permission of those pages' owners. I cannot be held responsible for their content, nor does the rest of my policy apply to them. Get in touch with them for anything that concerns their page.

That's all Mystarans.
