Character Name:Cheris Character Age:32 Physical Description:A tall woman,almost 6 feet,weighing in at 147lbs. She is althleticly built with a bit of cellulite on her thighs. She is a natural redhead,a deep rich color,with moss green eyes.Her face is almost square with very high cheekbones, a long, aristocratic nose,slightly almond shaped eyes with long light auburn lashes. She has a scar,running down the right side of her face from an accident when her Dragon was only a few weeks old. She has long slender fingers,which came in handy when she was a Harper,she does still play the pipes and can sing beautifuly. Her neck is long and gives her an almost regal apperance. Personality: Cheris is very friendly and kind. But the leader in her is the dominant factor. She is every inch a Weyrwoman.She can take command instantly of every situation. She has a sense of justice that runs deep and is tempered with mercy and compassion. She tends to mother the Weyrlings but gives out punishments if it is warrented. She knows her job and is not afraid to do it. She is very well organized. She does have several flaws though...She tends to be a little vain about her looks,she tends to love gambling alittle too much. History: Cheris is the eldest of 8 children. She was spoiled until her sisters came along. She spent most of her childhood helping her Mother in the kitchens of Fort Weyr. She also babysat her younger siblings which gave her a great sense of confidence and pride that so much was entrusted to her. At the age of 13 she went off to apprentice at Harper Hall and with 2 Turns was a Journeyman. She was assigned to Fort Hold to work with the small children alongside an older Harper. Cheris loved working with the childrenat the Hold but one day a Blue Rider came and asked her to stand the Sands at Silver Shores Weyr. She did,not expecting to Impress at all. She did Impress the Only Gold of the Clutch,Sereniteth. She loved the hard work and did very well as a Weyrling. When she graduated she so very proud of her accomplishments. To this day Cheris still visits the children of Fort Hold at least 3 times a Turn....
