PRIDE OF UMBAR SOUP by Aldanor
Ingredients
500g of different fish
2 onions
2 large carrots
1/2 celery
1 fresh red paprika
1/2 teaspoon of Haradrim Chili (could be cayenne pepper)
2 tablespoons of dried paprika (sweet this time)
salt
Chop fish and vegetable into large bits. Put into pot. Pour water until all is covered.
Boil over open fire for 60 minutes. Add spices after first 30 minutes of boiling.
Serve immediately.
It is usualy done with the enormous variety of fish, some of them could be seen only in the region of Umbar but three or four kinds of fish would be enough.
