The Mega Battle at Gamer's

  Last August we had the particular enjoyment of seeing a straight out fight between the imperium and the   forces of chaos during The Gamer's Shop's first year anniversary. So what a great way to celebrate than an   ultra mega battle with over 45,000 points on a 40+ feet by 6 feet wide table?

The Preachers incite the imperium defenders to hold no matter the odds

Imperial Lines are drawn

  The chaos commanders make last minute preparations and then begin deploying there armies.

  Chaos Goes first with it's vanguard force of Defilers and Basilisks. Their fire damages several Bane Blades and   destroys a couple of Leman Russ Battle Tanks as the Imperials Hunker down.

  On the imperials first turn both Imperial flanks unexpectedly surge forward. Necron "allies" deep strike and   blow up a Defiler, other defilers are unaffected by fire while Iron Warrior Basilisks are knocked out Warhound   Titan's fire ineffective led by the Emperors Champion, black templars assault Retributors go after Iron Warriors
