Not such a cool looking date, but that's okay. The new year is just around the corner. Remember that all horses and riders get another year older(another year wiser is optional of course). Also, several of the schedules have been posted on the message boards. Don't forget to go enter your horses. The schedules are an easy way to get points for your horses and money for yourself. Happy New Year.

Another cool-looking date! We'd like to welcome back Brittany! She's rejoined the game and has updated her website, Turning Leaf Farm. Hopefully it'll be a boarding facility soon, but for right now it's still a private barn. Another important update is that Caitlin, our good friend and co-creator of Hobby Horse, has been removed from the member's list. Her email account doesn't work, and no one has seen her in several months. Her position will not yet be taken over, but she is no longer in the game. Caitlin was the last of the two co-creators to leave the game; Libby had left only a few months after the game started. The game has, however, been left in good hands and will continue running with the other members working it. 03.29.04
The Rules page has been updated and some rules have been slightly modified. Please note that the major changes pertain to starting the game, speed aging and time, and the ages at which mares and stallions may be bred. All new members, and of course all old ones as well, need to go look over the rules page to see the changes.

The Sales Center has been updated with the horses on the message boards. Not all the horses were included, and those that weren't have been erased from the game. ALL horses for sale on the Sales Center have been stripped of their points as well as their Main Registry numbers. All new owners MUST have them re-registered.

The Barns/Stables menu has been updated. Please note that Fairlight Farm is a boarding barn, but due to the owner's inactivity it is currently not taking boarders, which is why it has been moved to the Private Barns section. The barns under Reference Barns are NO LONGER open. Those links are only for referencing information about the horses on the pages that are for sale.

The Tack Store has been changed. The selection of tack and equipment is more extensive now, and the option to purchase Human Apperal and Stable Equipment is now available to those who'd like to make the game a little more realistic. It is currently being run by Megan T, but if another member proves to be active enough to take it over and run it well, that may change. The member's list and Main Registry have also been updated. Please go make sure that none of your horses have been accidently deleted. Also, please excuse any misspellings, my computer and I have been have several arguments today, and my brain is shot.

The game is going through a big change, cheifly concerning major page updating or complete redoing. I apologize to any potential members who have stopped by recently but haven't been impressed by the game due to the apparent lack of activity. We're working on that, and hopefully we'll get everything back up and running quickly.
