This agreement is for the purpose of transferring the responsibility of servicing and maintaining the boat and/or equipment as listed to the named chartering person/s.

The boat and/or associated equipment are delivered / collected in full operational order. All servicing and maintenance of this equipment is the responsibility of the chartering person/s. You will be asked to sign an acceptance form for the boat on inspection/handover.
The craft and/or equipment should be returned in the same condition, less well cared for ware, and in operational order. Hulls sails or equipment damaged will be repaired or replaced at the charters cost.
Dragoons on trailers ready for towing will be available for collection by arrangement from Hobie Cat Poole.. Please note no boat will be released until the charter agreement and payment details have been received by Hobie Europe and processed. Please allow 2 days.

It is the responsibility of the chartering person to adequately insure the craft from the hand over date to the hand back date. A copy of insurance cover is required on or before collection from the Hobie Centre Poole.
Craft and equipment, as specified above 500 Euro (Approx £300)
Damage deposit 500 Euro (Approx £300) agreed period
Delivery / Collection Collection to be arranged with Hbie Centre Poole.
NB. Payment, to be made prior to collection, direct to HCE, in Euros.
Payment should be made by credit card and will be taken as two separate amounts, charter and damage deposit.
1) The craft is open to inspection by the charter on hand over.
2) On handing the boat back the boat will be checked by Hobie Cat Centre Poole at the earliest opportunity. Any servicing or maintenance work required, will be supported by evidence, photographic or otherwise and the cost deducted from the damage deposit. Hobie Europe’s decision is final.
3) It is expected that all charters look after the craft and / or equipment as they would their own, or better, and for the purpose of the charter period the craft/equipment is considered as such.
