As part of the Chophouse birthday celebration we recorded a freestyle rap.
The vocals were recorded live, improvised and extremely drunk at 3:00 in
the morning. It features the talents of;
Andy, Jhon, Zak (Intergalatic Hat Party), Dan (Presidents Bush), Pete (The
Summer Was Hell), Christine (SPDFGH), Jay (The All Ordinaries) and Stefan.

UPCOMING SHOWS
Hobos will be playing this friday night at the Chophouse in Surfers Paradise.
It's a special line up with Corey on vocals, Andy on guitar and Jhon on bass.
So don't miss out, it should be good times.
Also they will be playing New Years night along side Presidents Bush,
Triple 07 and The Daisycutters. Tickets are on sale for $25 and are extremely
limited so make sure you get in soon!!! Also, Hobos have been booked for
a very special Australia Day band extravaganza and a Ramones tribute night
in January at the Chophouse.

NEW DEMO
Hobos have just finished re-recording their demo with Andy, Jhon and Corey
stepping in on vocals. It should be available very soon.

MORE HOBOS @ THE CHOPHOUSE
The Who tribute show went incredibly well. Hobos rocked the house along side
local favs Postmodern and President's Bush. Thanks to both those bands for
lending us gear and thanks to all the staff at the Chophouse for being ridiculously
nice to us. We have another show there coming up on November 25th, this will
be with Andy (vocals/guitar/bass), Jhon (vocals/bass/guitar), Zak (guitar/bass),
Carla (bk. vocals/tambourine), and our first show with new drummer Kirby.
So make sure you're there or else all your friends will think you're lame & a wuss.

HOBOS AT THE CHOPHOUSE
As mentioned below, Hobo Obituaries will be performing at The Who Tribute night
at the Chophouse in Surfers Paradise tomorrow! Don't forget to check it out.
They will be selling copies of their "THE WHO EP", which will be available for that
one night only & was specially recorded for the event.

In other Chophouse related news, Andy will be hosting Thursday nights there
starting in November. Members of Hobo Obituaries will be playing their favourite
records and in coming weeks will have special guest DJs to spin their own collections.
Not only that, but you too can bring a crate of wax and have whirl on the "wheels
of steel". There will be $3 drinks, free pool and $5 pasta (between 7 and 9).
You'd be a jerk to miss it!!!!

THE WHO TRIBUTE SHOW
Hobo Obituaries have been asked to perform 3 or 4 songs as part of a
tribute to The Who. The show is on Friday the 28th of October at everybody's
favourite nite-club, "The Chophouse". It will be the first time Hobo's have played
in over a year!!! And the first with the new line up!!! Other bands playing include Postmodern,
The Summer Was Hell and The Daisycutters. Doors open at about 7:30 and
the entry fee is $5.

NEW LINE UP
We have just finalised a brand new line up. Consisting of founding members
Andy and Jhon, Hobo Obituaries now features the talents of J on vocals, Zach on
guitar and Sam on drums. Also on board are Corey on bonus vocals & Carla,
Sam and Jess on backing vocals, tambourine and handclaps.

SONGS ADDED TO CHOPHOUSE PLAYLIST
Surfers Paradise nite-club The Chophouse has added a heap of "Hobo Obituaries"
recordings to their playlist. We are very gratefull for this, so go there and support
them. Our version of 'Rock Lobster' had the dance floor packed on Saturday night!

We have just finished making a video clip for "Dance Underpants". It will be made
available for download soon on this website. A DVD single will be available in the
near future. It will also feature the old "Diabolic" video and maybe another suprise.
