DIRECTIONS TO ODYSSEY ARENA, BELFAST TRAINS/BUSES
The Arena is approximately 10 minutes walk from Central Station - the main
station in Belfast. A bus link service is planned to the Odyssey from the city
centre. The Complex is a five minute walk from the Laganside Bus Centre - just
across the River. A coach dropping off point will be positioned immediately
outside the Complex with limited on-site parking opposite.
PORTS/AIRPORTS
Ports Belfast - used by Seacat from Troon and Heysham - opposite side of the
River to the Odyssey Complex. Also by Stenaline for the HSS service from
Stanraer. Larne - used by P & O from Cairnryan, also to by joined by the
Stenaline ferry from Stranraer later in the year. Airports Belfast City -
located five minutes drive from the Arena - a train halt is also closeby for
travel into the city centre. Belfast International - at Aldergrove -
approximately 45 minutes from the city centre. A shuttle bus to the centre
exists.
DIRECTIONS
From the North (e.g. from Belfast International Airport or the ferry terminal in
Larne) Travel along the M2 towards Belfast and then follow the motorway signs
for the M3. Carry on over the bridge and veer left - signposted Queens Island.
The road then heads back round to the left to some traffic lights at Sydenham
Road. Turn left at the give way junction and the Arena is on the right. Car
parking is on the left hand side of the road.
From the South (e.g. from Belfast City Airport) With the City Airport on the
right and travelling towards Belfast along the Sydenham Bypass traffic lights
are approached. Turn right into Dee Street and then shortly after take a left
onto Sydenham Road. Travel on, straight through the traffic lights with the
Arena on the right hand side and the car park on the left.
From the West Follow the M1 signposted Belfast and continue onto the A12
Westlink. At the traffic lights at the end head towards the right and follow the
signs for the M3 Bangor. Take the first exit marked Queens Island and turn left
at the traffic lights at Sydenham Road. The Arena is on the right with car
parking opposite.

HOW TO FIND US
From M4 At junction 10 on the M4 turn off onto the A329M towards Bracknell. Turn
off at first junction, signposted Wokingham and Binfield. At the roundabout turn
left up the hill towards Binfield B3408.
At the mini roundabout by Coppid Beech Hotel, turn right. The ice rink is down
the hill on the right. From M3 Turn off at junction 3 towards Bracknell on the
A322. Go directly over two roundabouts and take the second exit on the third
roundabout, remaining on the A322.
At the next roundabout (with lights) take the second exit onto the A239
Berkshire Way. Exit left after approximately 11/2 miles, just before the
A329(M). At the roundabout, take the third exit (B3408). Turn right at Coppid
Beech Hotel. The ice rink is down the hill on the right.

By Docklands Light Railway: Just 15 minutes from Central London, take the DLR to
Crossharbour and London Arena Station. The DLR connects with the London
Underground Network at: Bank station, Tower Gateway station, Stratford station,
and Bow Church station.
On arrival at Crossharbour and London Arena, the station is directly adjacent to
the main entrance of the Arena. The DLR operates 7 days a week, and runs
additional special services on event days/evenings.
By bus: There are many convenient bus routes including: D1, D5, D6, D8, 277
& P14 .
By road: From Central London; follow the embankment and take the A13 off the
Highway (A1203) at Tower Bridge. Proceed via Limehouse Link and follow signs for
Canary Wharf or the Isle of Dogs From the North; take the M11 and follow signs
to the A13 and the Isle of Dogs or the City. From the South and the South East
take the M2, A2 or A20.Proceed via the Blackwall Tunnel taking the first left
towards the Isle of Dogs.
The Arena is clearly signposted on all approaches to the venue and you will be
directed to the nearest convenient parking area.

By Train: There is a fast and frequent rail service direct to Manchester
Victoria, which is immediately adjacent to the arena. Piccadilly Station (3/4

By Road: Travelling South; leave the M1 at junction 26. Follow the A610 towards
Nottingham City Centre. Pick up the city centre map (following signs from Trent
Bridge will help you locate the Ice Centre).
Travelling North; leave the M1 at junction 24 and follow the A453 towards
Nottingham. Follow signs for City Centre (with the giant players factory on the
left you will bear left to swing off the fly-over and join the Riverside Town to
your right.) Stay on this road, which becomes Wilford Street, and pick up City
Centre map.
By Rail: The ice centre is approximately 1 mile from the Nottingham Railway
Station. Turn right out of the station towards Broadmarsh Centre, then right
again into Canal Street. Proceed for approximately half a mile and turn left at
London Road traffic island onto Bellar Gate. The ice centre is 200 yards on the
right.
By Air: From East Midlands Airport follow the A453 toward Nottingham. Follow
directions as described above.

By Road
Part of the vast Braehead Shopping Centre, the Arena is easily-accessible from
the M8 and benefits from 6,500 car park spaces.
Easily accessible by road from the whole of west and central Scotland. Based at
Junction 26 (eastbound) of Glasgow's M8 motorway, a new motorway junction (25a)
provides dedicated westbound access roads direct to the shopping centre whilst
the new eastern link road connects the A8 dual carriageway.
Situated right of Glasgow's M8 motorway, about 5 miles from the city centre and
about 4 miles from Glasgow International Airport.
Braehead is served by a comprehensive timetable of bus services and has its own
bus station and Travel Information Centre. There is also a dedicated coach park
for vehicles bringing large groups to the centre and taxi ranks at each end of
the centre.

By Train: Trains run into the centre of Sheffield. The easiest way to then get
to the Arena is by tram, exiting at the stop signposted the Arena/Don Valley
Stadium.
By Bus: From the centre of Sheffield the No. 69 (destination Rotherham) takes
you right to the Arena.
By Car: Take Junction 34 off the M1 (signposted Meadowhall). NB - if you are
travelling from the North the Arena is signposted from junction 33. Don’t take
this exit, it’s the long way round. You will find the Arena signposted from
junction 34, driving past the Meadowhall Shopping Centre.
