Introduction:Many different leagues helped create the All Pro Hockey League (APHL) Rulebook though time and the Internet, along with my experiences playing fantasy hockey. It is my goal to take bits and pieces from successful leagues and add my own ideas in an attempt to make a FUN and REALISTIC hockey league. This is my first attempt at being a commissioner, but I am dedicated and willing to put in the long hours and hard work it will take to make my league successful. I am not going to boast that it will be the best league on the Internet or in history, that will be totally up to you, the GM's. What I am looking for is twenty (20) GM's who are willing to work with me and manage their respective teams and help make this league a successful one. Right at the moment the league has three (3) openings, and we just started the regular season. If you think you fit the description, please send me an E-mail and let me know. What I WILL Promise to you is this: This league will NOT be another one season league, and fold after the first season. Further more, it is my Intent NOT to participate as a GM in my league.
