Right click on link and choose "save target as", then tell your computer to save it to a temp directory, that you must choose, where you will go later to open and unzip the archive. To open the zip file, just locate it in windows explorer or file manager and click on the zip file. Unzip it into C:/windows/cursors (or any directory), go to start/settings/controlpanel/mouse, choose the pointers tab, select an existing cursor, click browse, locate my cursor wherever you put it (C:/windows/cursors?), select the new cursor. Select next existing cursor to change and repeat.
