There will be no silly antics, bulling and groaning in this small class session. I have been instructed to speak to you all about the Rules and Regulations of this establishment. Any fool can apply common sense to these applications...if not, I will personally tell Headmaster to remove you permenantly from Hogwarts. 50 pts will be deducted from each person and house, followed by immediate expolsion to those who disobeys all rules. *Smirks* I pity those who are not Slytherins. I advise everyone to pay full attention, now!

1. There will be no God moding allowed. To do so will have 25 pts taken off your house, with your bags immediately at the exit of this school

2. Unfortunetly, a person will not be allowed to kill another do for petty differences such as discrimination and disliking. *Rolls eyes* To do so will have 100 pts deducted from your house and immediate expolsion, followed by a long stay at Azkaban Fortress.

3. We all...hopefully... have learned about the birds and the bees from your dear mumies and daddies. Then I will inform you that this rpg contains adult situations, violence, foul language, and sexual situations, blood and gore. What that means Mr. Longbottom, is this establishment has been given a rating of NC-17. The age limit for this rpg will be 16 + up.

NC-17 does not mean sex scenes are allowed to run a muck!. For those familar with Death Eaters scenes, some can get rather bloody and down right disturbing. 10 pts taken off, if one chooses to not follow this rating

4. As what I have mentioned previously, graphic sex scenes will not be allowed to be played out. At all If you want to write a steam love scene vital to the plot and story, keep it PG-13 to R.

Must you need clarification? I had assumed we were all adults.. How wrong I was.*smirking at Gryffindors*

PG-13 allows actions of words to be said. R allows to describe actions containing to a womans and mans upper torso area and very mild four play. Understood? 15 pts off and three days forth of detention with me if you break this rule. I suggest you play it safe and not try to do it.

5. For bloody sakes, do show any dramatic changes gradually. If Mr. Longbottom came into class one day and knew how to create a poly juice potion, I'd kick him out for lack of belief. 100 pts will be taken off your houses if you don't play things out bloody logically and dention for three weeks with me and Professor Flitwick.

6. Natuarlly, rape scenes will occur much to everyone's dismay. Those involed must discuss such an occurance to each other off the board, explicitally writing down exactly what would and is to happen. The summery will be sent to one of the Game Masters. Once approved and edited, you will be able to post it up. Must I remind you all that there will be NO actual rape scenes posted or shown. To do so will call for immediate expolsion and loss of ever coming back here again.

7. For this to even be written on this parchment is quite sad. Everyone is to be given respect and curtosy through-out there stay here. If I see any harrasment, taunting, or belittling of people, I will not only deduct 500 pts from your house, but I will posion you so quickly, you would die a very slow and painful death. Noone should have to go through this. If you forget any rules, make it a point to remember this one!

8. If you have a problem with the person who you are rping with, don't take your anger out on them through your characters. Honestly, how childish would you be? Bring it up to the Game Master or act Civilly in the rpg, then duel for all I care in your spare time. 20 pts deducted if I catch misplaced direction of emotions.

9. I expect you to play each of your characters to a 'T'...however, since I didn't write the rules, only enforce them, you're allowed to be a bit liberal with them. Don't ask for a character you know nothing about.

10. NPC's of random foolish students can be played by anyone.

11. Well, it seems that since only five selective students were talked about, I see no reason why original characters would not be allowed. HOWEVER, please do not send the following:
~a long lost relation
~a long lost best friend
~a child/person from the future
etc.
If you do so, you're application will be denied. A full statistical description of your character is required. Once recieved, the sorting hat will determin your true place in the correct house.

12. There will be only one character per person, save for the game master. Did you think you could be two people at once? I think not.

*Oh great. Rules are now being bent for you pathetic students. If you chose a person who gets left out a lot, basically not one of Potters little friends, then by all means another character, in addition to your first, will be given. Do make sure you ask first. Bloody fools...

The game master and other faculty members, are incharge of playing professors that aren't taken or are not of big deal. I believe you all read about that through Dumbledore's letter, though. So let's move on.

13. There will be no NPC'ing of a persons unless they give permission. *smirk* and there will be only a one post limit.

To add in another rule which is lacking on this list, keep OOC posts to a bloody minimun. It's no fun reading a story only to be interupted by messages which shouldn't be seen by the world.

Another rule I request from all students is to know your common knowledge. Not everyone knows every spell save for professors. DO NOT assume you know everything! Read a book if you don't know.. and obviously you can't find it in the first book you read unless your Ms. Granger. *rolls eyes*

14. Absences. Something I disapprove greatly. A student has three unexplainable absenses spanding a week. Ie: for a week you didn't get online, etc. Once they are used up, tough luck. Excuseable absenses such as my computer broke, internet connection was blocked, or serious matters which cannot be helped, are acceptable. May I remind you all to always mail the game master and wait for a response claiming you are allowed leave.

The game, however, will not stop for you.

Oh and do remember to play your character out of the field, or else I will give you Detention and take 30 pts off of your house.

15. *monotone* This is an RPG, have fun.

There I said it. Remember, the Game master is god to you. Do what they say and they say alone. If you can't comply, after the decisions have been made, then leave. No one will miss you.
