Astronomy

All papers should be at least 1/2 page typed with good grammar and spelling.

Astronomy I – Rating 1 – Write a written report on the Moon. Include statistics from today, the effect the Moon has on the earth, and superstitions about the moon.

Astronomy II – Rating 2 – Choose one of the planets and write a report about it. Include any known moons, surface of the planet, distance from earth, etc.

Astronomy III – Rating 3 – Choose a specific group of ancient peoples. What were their beliefs concerning astronomy? What were their myths/legends? Are those myths/legends based on fact or completely made up? (Be creative!)
