Newswriting

All typed work must be at least 1/2 page long and your own work. Spelling and grammar count! Be creative. If you complete any newswriting assigments, I suggest you submit them to the Daily Prophet! :D

Newswriting I – Rating 1
Write a report of a mishap at the Ministry. It can be in any department, dealing with any subject you want. Be creative.

Newswriting II – Rating 3
Write a summary of the latest Quidditch match. May be between any teams that you want it to be between. Must be detailed.

Newswriting III – Rating 5
Write a cover story of Voldemort’s demise (the night he tried to kill Harry)…make it creative! What would really have been on the front page of the paper the morning after? Think about it! =) If you want to do it in word and use columns/add pictures, and send it as an attatchment, that’s fine..or you can just put it in the email.

Newswriting IV - Rating 6
Write a story about something that happened in the RPG/GP recently. Include deatils, rumors, and anything else you feel like adding!
