My handle is Holipsism. It is a name that I created for the company that I place all of my written material in (poetry, screenplays, songs, etc.), and also the name that describes my overall philosophy on life. Holipsism is a manifestation of the concept of, complimentary opposites, taking two things diametrically opposed to one another and making them operate in unity. Holism is the theory that the universe is made up of interacting wholes that are more than the mere sum of its parts. Solipsism is the theory that the self is the only existent thing and the only reality. Holipsism, in short, is understanding the whole through mastery of the self. No conflict. I hope that I didn't freak you out, because I'm not some ultra religious, spiritual nut, but most people want to know and that is the best way that I can describe it. |

I'm 36 years old, 6' 2" and I fluctuate between 200 and 220 lbs, depending on how active I am. My hair is dark brown and locked, my eyes are brown and my skin is brown. I don't have any flowery adjectives; I'll leave that to the interpretation of the viewer. In the day, I maintain an Accounts Payable Assistant position to pay the bills. By night, I work on various film/video production projects. Film/Video production is one of my loves, with creative writing being the first. I have an Associates Degree in Communications. |

When describing what I want from a relationship, I went straight to the dictionary to find the definition of relationship. To paraphrase, it means one thing in relation to another. I don't lose myself in anyone, nor do I expect anyone to lose themselves in me. The only void that another person should fill in my life is the void of companionship. I'm not looking for love because I love myself. I have so much love inside that I'm looking to share it. Although I like to have a good time, most of the time I'm not on Sammy Davis Jr. mode. Meaning, I don't feel the need to put on a top hat and cane for anyone and entertain them. I just like being myself. I'm basically the type of guy who likes to lay back in the cut and chill. My basic nature is one of a serious person, even though I can be silly too. I'm offended by people who get offended. Just joking. I don't get offended. I like a person to feel comfortable being their self in my presence. Whatever you want to say and how you say it is cool as long as it is authentic and you. A natural high for me is a real, unpretentious, moment in time or natural ambiance sound (I sometimes get annoyed by the human voice, sometimes I don't even like to hear my own voice. Comfortable Silence amongst friends is one of our most hidden treasures.) |

I don't necessarily have a physical profile for my so-called ideal mate. If I had to find one physical common denominator in the women that I have dated in the past, it would have to be that they all had a very nice ass... |

(for lack of a cornier word). I guess you can say I'm a leg and ass man. Can you sense a pattern here? LOL |

Height, Light skin, Dark Skin, pretty toes, hair texture or length (I could really care less if a woman was bald-headed) are all irrelevant to me. My main criteria is chemistry. I can not fake it. Either I'm attracted to you physically, mentally or spiritually or I'm not. This doesn't mean that I reject people because I'm not attracted to them physically, it just means that if they are cool the relationship will take on a platonic friendship. That is cool with me and I accept the same thing on the flip side as well. |

The one thing that I would like to have from a mate is for their personality to compliment mine. I'm not shy, but I'm not really an outgoing people person either. It would be cool if I had a mate that was outgoing and a people person that understood and appreciated that I'm not. My core personality is introverted and reflective, but I don't necessarily have to have a mate that is the same. They can be extroverted and impulsive as long as we understand each others personality and respect it. |

A sense of humor is mandatory because life is more hilarious than any sitcom or movie could ever dream of being. I don't like "pull 'em off the rack" women. I don't like women who hang out in packs and basically operate as one organism. I don't mind loners. It doesn't bother me being with the woman that other women don't hang out with, because it takes a lot of strength to be an individual and a free thinker. Sometimes other women don't like that and reject and ostracize women that are. I, on the other hand, respect that quality in any woman. |

Well, I hope that I covered the essentials. If there are any other questions or inquiries I would love to indulge even further. Peace, Love and the utmost of Respect. |
