Postcards of Peasenhall

Apologies in advance to the copyright holders of the modern postcards.

The black and white postcards above and below were sent to the NZ family presumably around 1920.

The colour postcards above and below were purchased during a visit to the village in 1998 by Warwick and Norma Allen, who were unsuccessful in making any contact with any last remnants of the family who might have been living there. They were also unsuccessful in finding anything that resembled the family home pictured at the bottom of this page.

The old family home at Peasenhall from around1890-1900, the present location of which is now unknown. However, it does look remarkably like the red brick house in the postcard immediately above it.
