Danijela fulfils her annual MHJ commitment with an excellent Maja Blagdan type ballad.
Goran Karan is presumably the favourite, though Danijela ought to be.
"ET" have possibly got their best song since Andrea Cubric replaced Vanna.
The "Teens" entry is certainly the best one I've ever heard from them - a proper dance song instead of their usual kitsch.
Vesna Pisarovic continues her Britney Spears impersonation.
Not exactly a highlight, but Ivana Plechinger has a dreadful cod-Irish duet with someone who thinks he's Shane McGowan. What this has to do with the Adriatic, I don't know.

Second night highlights:
Something vaguely Latino and very catchy from "Bolero".
Dora has a very nice power ballad - it's going to be confusing if her career takes off (which on this evidence it should) and she ends up in the other Dora, though.
Rather good ballad-by-numbers from Meri Cetinic.
"Perle" improve on their Dora performance with what sounds like an etno-style Christmas song.
Minea goes, or tries to go, Latino, but Pod tvojim prstima sounds more like a Severina knock-off, not that that's a bad thing.
