She Almost DIED It was four of five weeks ago when she had a heart attack. She was sitting in our living room talking to our girls. and then, all of a sudden... boom, we thought she was dead. She's been a part of our family for years. Although she doesn't get out much, some of you have met her. Others have seen her. She's a very unique lady. The kids love her. In fact, I admit, I'm jealous. Occasionally they listen to her more than they listen to me. She's hard to figure out. At times she is very quiet - just sits and says nothing. When she does speak, she can be soft and sweet. One of her favorite things to talk about is religion. Although she never goes to church with us, she can say the nicest things about Jesus. But then there's the other side of her. Suddenly she can lose her temper. Even to the point of becoming violent. There are times that she is rude and crude. Even embarrassing. She's got a problem with cursing. That's bad enough. But when she uses God's name in vain, that's more than I can take. The thing that's really disgusting is... her immodesty. She seems to have no sense of shame. Even when the kids are looking she takes off her clothes as if nobody is in the room. She's even undressed before me. So a few weeks ago when she got sick, no body around the house seemed to car. We didn't call the ambulance. We didn't rush her to the hospital. In fact, we ignored her. Finally, we broke down and took her to the doctor. She's better now. I just hope she can keep her language and modesty under control. Because of the ugly things that I've written, I can't tell you her name. But, her initials are T.V. Send mail to Marc Holm | Geocities |
