THE PRODUCER PAGE/NEWSLETTER
Alice Main, Executive Producer at WLS-TV in Chicago maintains both a web site and listserv for the monthly producer newsletter. The web site includes interesting insights into television producing from others in the field and an archive of previous newsletters. Probably my favorite producing-related newsletter and web site.

SHOPTALK (DON FITZPATRICK ASSOCIATES)
Don Fitzpatrick and Associates in San Francisco provides this free daily e-mail newsletter about what's going on in the business. You can read it on their web site, but you'll be a day late (since they post this Monday through Friday newsletter almost a full day late). Better to subscribe by e-mail.
