- The return of SPECTRE, if
legally
permitted. This is
sticky due to the Kevin McClory situation but I would love to see a
return
of the most evil group of people in the world.
- If not SPECTRE, another "new
world
order" terrorist group.
Wouldn't this be a welcome switch from the normal megalomaniacs?
- A reunion with Draco of the
Union
Corse. He is still
Bond's father-in-law, and could be worked into the script to assist
Bond,
much like in OHMSS.
- A female lead villian. Bond
has
battled many foes, but I think that a villianous female is many years
overdue.
- Q's honorable retirement,
though we
may see that in TWINE.
- Pierce Brosnan in about 7
more Bond
films. I don't
know about the rest of you, but I feel Brosnan is EXTREMELY good at the
role of 007, comparable (if not better) than Connery. Please,
don't
send me hate mail over this comment, I love all of the actors and
appreciate
all their talents. This is merely my opinion, and to each
his/her
own.
- References to previous Bond
epics
(TWINE is a good start,
I hope there are more references to OHMSS within the movie).
A perfect
example of what I mean is James visiting Tracy's grave in the
precredits
of For Your Eyes Only, touching and a good reminder that these movies
are
a series.
- Use of the James Bond Theme
throughout
the movie, like in
TND. I thought that the score was excellent for TND because
the Theme
was used enough to give the movie a nostalgic feeling (see previous
note).
- Some of the recently penned
novels
turned into movies (???).
- Characters with outrageous
names, such
as Pussy Galore, Mary
Goodnight, Holly Goodhead, Jaws, etc.

with my friends and other fans. If anyone has other
