      The only thing technically wrong with this photograph is it having been shot at high noon. It is properly framed, focused and exposed but the intense shadowing typically created by mid-day sunlight is readily evident. Avoid shooting outdoors between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. When forced to shoot with the sun high in the sky you should use a reflector to fill in the harsh shadows created by mid-day sun.

      The real problem with this photo, however, is that it doesn't say a damn thing about either its subject or the story it was intended to support. It is adequate for simply documenting whom the story is about but it contains no contextual information what-so-ever and fails utterly to tell any part of the story itself.
