Igor Stravinsky:
Le Sacre du Printemps (1912)

One of the main scores of this century's music, and one of the greatest symphonic scores of all times, the already hystorical and scandalous premiere of this ballet on the 29th of May 1913 in Paris, throw to fame the, in that moment, young russian composer. The incredible control of a huge orchestra resources, the timbric and, specially, rhythmic cleverness which transform the primitive in the russian popular themes used on something absolutely incredible, makes this music one of the compulsory references to any composer and fan.
