- 20th Century Modern American Art
- Even when John Ford Noonan's attenuated two-character sketch was
produced in a tiny Off Broadway theater in 1980, it was little more than
a showcase for two actresses with star quality, Susan Sarandon and
Eileen Brennan.
- In the 80’s, the play provided social commentary concerning women that
was not born yet; now during the Oprah years, it’s outdated and timed….
- The play is definitely an 80’s themed play with the wardrobe and
conversations.
