ABOUT THE SHOW:

"Bagdad Cafe" was a sitcom about Mojave Desert diner owner Brenda and her
guests, particularly Jasmine, who was abandoned there by her husband.
It was based on the 1988 movie of the same title (now called "Out of
Rosenheim.")

"Bagdad Cafe" was a produced by Mort Lachman & Associates with Zev Braun
Pictures, New World Television for CBS Entertainment Productions.

Episode titles, original run dates, and production numbers come from the

I do not assume that the LOCIS information is completely correct (I have

highway by her husband.

where Rudy, emotions afire, whisks Jasmine off her feet, leaving

boyfriend, Jasmine and Debbie collaborate to transform him into

The cafe's air conditioning goes out and Brenda threatens to sell, but
the return of Sal has her melting.  Meanwhile, Jasmine's estranged

A broken water line turns the cafe into a dry watering hole, where
Jasmine rallies townsfolk to incorporate, and Brenda prepares for
a scorching battle with county commissioners.

Note: Originally scheduled to air 12 October 1990.  It was postponed
by Game 6 of the 1990 NL Championship Series, when the Cincinnati Reds
clinched the NL pennant by beating the Pittsburgh Pirates, 2-1.


There was no 19 October 1990 airing due to Game 3 of the World Series.

she ends up grounded and decides not to show up for her party.
