A takeoff on "The Fugitive." When Principal Scampi's portrait

authority to bring the vandals to justice. Lisa, feeling sorry
for Scampi, gives him the authority and resources of the FBI
...but circumstancial evidence (in the form of a Twinkie
wrapper) gets Gary and Wyatt accused of the crime! The boys
must find the mysterious "one-armed man" who was the actual
culprit.
