Joey came from a large family
and is the only guy. Unlike most of the others his family life seemed pretty
normal. He is the protective older brother. Once Chandler slept with one
of his sisters. Joey’s sister punched him when they found out that he didn’t
know which sister it was. (What is up with Chandler and sisters?)
He comes off as stupid. He
doesn’t get the most obvious things and if he does it usually takes him
a little longer. He’s honest and this makes his perception come out cloudy.
One time he decided to change his name. He thought Joseph Stalin sounded
good, thanks to the help of coniving Chandler. (To those who don’t get
it, Joseph Stalin is bad.) |
He has the body of a tough guy,
but has sensitive eyes. He’s a little conceited. In the New Year’s episode,
after kissing Rachel, he asked “Did that do anything for you?”
Joey was second choice for
Chandler’s roommate. He introduced Chandler to Baywatch. Monica invited
him in for a drink and Joey figured she liked him (which she did) and stripped
in her living room. (Nope, nothing was shown.)
Joey is a struggling actor.
He doesn’t do that well at it. One of his biggest roles was on Days of
Our Lives. He’s done a few plays as well. Between plays he takes on other
jobs. He worked in a department store and sprayed cologne for people to
try. He also worked as a tour guide in Ross’ museums. |
