How tall are you and how much do you weigh?
I’m 6’1 tall and I weigh 190 lbs.
What kind of foods do you eat?
I try to eat right although I don’t really want to. So I eat in a free style sort of way. I eat lots of salads, meat and dairy products. I’ve never really had a sweet tooth so it isn’t difficult for me to stay away from sweets. I eat in my car a lot when I’m in a hurry and that’s why I’ll never get a stick shift - because you can’t hold the burgers.
What exercises do you do to stay in shape?
I should probably say lots and lots of sex. Although you really don’t burn up that many calories during sex. It’s only like a couple hundred. I once heard somewhere that you get a lot more out of walking a mile. So you say, “Hey, honey, how’d you like to walk a mile with me?”
Seriously, do you work out daily?
Every other day I run to my gym. I do a little Nautilus, swim a mile, lift some free weights, play basketball and then run home. I used to run on the beach when I lived down there. I also play tennis. And I used to take jazz to learn how to move well.
How do you maintain stability in your exercise?
I’m not that regimented about it - it’s much more fun that way. I enjoy working out. I’ll run down to the gym and lift weights and if I like the music I’ll keep lifting them. But if not, I’ll go and play basketball.
Why is being in shape important to you?
It’s one of the things I have to do to maximize my opportunities to get jobs. I also feel better when I’m working out. I look better and am healthier. I also lead a much more productive life. I want to live forever!
