Gregory Harrison brought an edge to 'Falcon Crest' when he surfaced as Michael Sharpe in the final season. With the character of Richard Channing (David Selby) redeemed, there was no hiding the fact that the Tuscany Valley had a new antagonist. From taking Michael and Kevin away from their father, to his patchy relationship with sister Lauren, to his power grab for Falcon Crest, Harrison's Michael Sharpe was a study of an egotistical achiever who was driven by a will to prove himself. Gregory Harrison recently received much critical acclaim for his role in 'It's My Party', starring alongside Eric Roberts, Randal Kleiser and Olivia Newton John. Harrison previously worked with Randal Kleiser and Joel Thurm on the Emmy Award-winning television movie "The Gathering." He also starred in and was the second unit director on the feature film North Shore, which Kleiser executive produced. Harrison's other feature film credits include Incriminating Evidence, Voice of a Stranger and Razorback. Harrison first came to national prominence starring as Dr. Gonzo Gates on the long-running series "Trapper John, M.D." He also directed eight episodes of the popular show. More recently, he starred in the CBS series "New York News" and had a recurring role on NBC's hit drama "Sisters." In addition, he starred in the CBS telefilm "Nothing Lasts Forever," and narrated the documentary mini-series "500 Nations." His many notable longform television credits include the mini-series "Centennial" and "Fresno," and the telefilms "Breaking the Silence," "For Ladies Only," "Enola Gay" and "Mortal Fear." Behind the scenes, Harrison produced more than two dozen television movies under the banner of Catalina Productions, which was also an important force in the Los Angeles theatre scene. From 1981 to 1992, plays presented by Catalina were honored with over 150 theatre awards.
