Plot:  Bond is appointed to protect bodyguard an oil tycoon's beautiful daughter, Elektra.  Years earlier, Elektra had been kidnapped and held for ransom by a terrorist nicknamed "Renard".  Instead of receiving ransom money, however, Renard was given a bullet to the head (courtesy of Agent 009).  The bullet lodged inside of Renard's brain, disabling his sense of pain and pleasure.  Now he is stronger and more insane than ever before, and has his sights set on Elektra once again, as well as her father's prosperous oil pipeline.  Bond joins forces with ex-KGB agent Valentin Zukovsky and scientist Dr. Christmas Jones to stop the madman.
