Chibichibi Up Close and Personal

Chibichibi is this adorable little girl who just appeared out of no where riding an umbrella. Her umbrella blew away and Usagi caught it and gave it back to her, then for some reason Chibichibi followed her home, she then disappeared. But when Usagi opened the door, there was Chibichibi, and her mother was saying she was part of the family... kinda like what Chibiusa did. Chibichibi can't talk, all she can do is copy what everyone else says or say 'chibi'. According to the manga, Chibichibi is Sailor Cosmos, who is actually a persona Usagi created kinda like how Mamoru created the Tsukikage no Knight. However in the anime, Chibichibi is a Sailor created by Galaxia's star seed... which explains why Galaxia doesn't have one. Chibichibi becomes a Sailor Senshi after she touches Eternal Sailormoon's tier. She doesn't really do anything, but she did give Eternal Sailormoon her new attack: Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss.
