Chibiusa Up Close and Personal

Chibiusa is a very cute little girl. She first appeared in Sailormoon R, after being sent back by Sailorpluto to get the Silver Crystal to save her mother Neo-Queen Serenity. Most people know Chibiusa from her antics with the Sailor Senshi. Later, Chibiusa is sent back a second time by Neo-Queen Serenity to learn to be Sailormoon for the future. Her best friend is Hotaru, and she is also good friends with the Pegasus named Helios, a winged horse from Sailormoon SS. She is called Chibiusa by everyone except Sailorpluto and Diana, who both call her Small Lady, and Chibiusa calls Sailorpluto 'Puu'. As Sailorchibimoon, she is slightly powerless. She cant really do much, but that may be because she is only a Sailor-in-training, and learning from Sailormoon.

Chibiusa says this to transform into Super Sailorchibimoon during Sailormoon SS and Sailor Stars
LunaP Henge:
Chibiusa says this and dribbles the Luna-P Ball around, she then throws it into the air and it turns into whatever she wants
Pink Sugar Heart Attack:
Sailorchibimoon says this and uses a stick thing during Sailormoon S. She waves the stick and then a line of pink hearts shoots at the enemy. It doesnt really do anything except annoy the enemy though
Twinkle Yell:
Supersailorchibi moon says this to call the Pegasus, she also has a bell thing, but I forgot what it was called
Luna-P Ball:
This is the ball that Chibiusa has, it resembles Luna. She can make it transform into stuff, or she can communicate with Sailorpluto through it
