She is the one the Sailor Starlights are looking for. She arrives in episode 193. Kakyuu, or Fireball as her name means, was revealed in episode 194 to be the princess. The mark on her forhead looks like a four leaf clover...
Chibichibimoon is the one who helped her find the planet by using the Chalice and caring for it. In episode 195, Galaxia takes her Star Seed and thereby killing her. But in episode 200 like everyone else, her Seed is returned and she comes back to life. Then she and the Starlights return to their own planet.
