Hotaru Up Close and Personal

Hotaru is a kind-hearted, quiet girl. She lives with her father, Professor Souicki Tomoe and his assistant Kaori (who is actually Kaolinite). She usually spends her days secluded in the Tomoe mansion (which half explains her extreme paleness). She has a strange power to heal, and the kids at school find it "icky" and think she's weird, so she has no friends. She has various health problems and she is very weak and frail, and tires easily which adds to her problems. She does become friends with Chibiusa, who becomes her best friend. However, despite all, lurking deep inside Hotaru is an evil sinister force. As the Silent Messiah, she sits on a green throne dressed in a purple dress. She is calm and unsympathetic. Her goal is to bring Master Pharoah 90 to this world and leave the world in a nuclear-winter state known as "The Silence". Hotaru has also another identity in Sailormoon, she is also Sailorsaturn. Sailorsaturn is the second most powerful Senshi, second only to Sailormoon. She wields a deadly weapon called the Silence Glaive, which is compared to the Scyth held by the Grim Reaper. Yet another form of Hotaru is that of Mistress 9. During the season of Sailormoon S, Mistress 9 invades hotaru's body, not knowing that she is also Sailorsaturn. Being possesed, Hotaru becomes.. well... evil. the whole season of Sailormoon S practically revolves around Sailorsaturn so to get the whole story of Mistress 9 and more info i suggest going to a Sailorsaturn shrine. Attacks and Power-ups

Death Ribbon Revolution:
Sailorsaturn holds out the Silence Glaive and the blade charges with purple energy, then purple ribbons shoot out and slash and tear at her enemy.
Silence Glaive Surprise:
Sailorsaturn raises the Silence Glaive to the sky where it glows with purple energy, then she slams it to the ground. The attack itself is silent and in black and white but the aftermath is a HUGE explosion. In Sailorstars you see a massive explosion that no other Senshi could attempt to do... what was even more impressive was that you also see that she never actually finished the attack!
Silence Wall:
Sailorsaturn says this and raises the Silence Glaive above her head to protect herself and others from attacks.
Hotaru's Power:
This is more of a defence than an attack. When danger comes close to Hotaru, a purple energy surrounds her and makes her eyes glow purple. Sometimes the sign of Saturn appears on her forehead. Anyway, she can blast enemies with this energy. It appears she can control the energy too, because in one episode of Sailormoon S she got really mad at a daimon and blew it up using her hands.
The Silence Glaive:
A powerful polearm that Sailorsaturn uses that has many purposes, namely slicing whatever/whomever gets in its path. It is also used for all her attacks.
