Seiya is the typical male, however he seems to show a few feminine qualities at the same time. He has long black hair tied in a ponytail and has gold earrings in both ears. He calls Usagi "odango atama" like Mamoru used to, much to Usagi's disgust. He is the lead singer of The Three Lights. Seiya becomes friends with the Senshi (in their normal forms). As Sailorstarfighter of the Sailorstarlights, Seiya becomes female. She is always there to help the Senshi with a battle. Sailorstarfighter is one of the 3 Sailor Starlights looking for the Kakyuu Princess (Princess Fireball). It can also be said that Sailorneptune and Sailoruranus do not like the Starlights.

Seiya says this to transform into Sailorstarfighter (who is female). He has a winged microphone-type thing on his ear which is what he uses to transform.
Star Serious Laser:
Sailorstarfighter says this and a ring of stars appears around her, she then brings them all together in her hand and a beam of light shoots out at the enemy.
