 N.B. there isn't a usable guitar fingering for those add2 chords - on
 keyboard you'd voice them as 2nd/3rd/5th (e.g. Fadd2 => G/A/C) in the
 right hand.  Steely Dan would refer to this voicing years later as the
 "mu-major" chord.
