Mission Impossible 2 : The new full Mission Impossible 2 trailer is up. Tom Cruise, Anthony Hopkins, Thandie Newton and Ving Rhames stars in the John Woo directed movie.

Outlaws : Barry Levinson is in negotiations direct Outlaws starring Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton. The picture, comes from a true story about a pair of bank robbers who wind up fighting not over loot, but over the affection of a woman who they might or might not have kidnapped during their heist. Before Thornton Val Kilmer was a possible candidate to star opposite Willis.

Rush Hour 2 : Chris Penn will return to play Rush Hour 2, opposite Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan. Penn will play amoral ex-bomb salesman Clive. Directed by Brett Ratner, the shooting begins this fall. Penn also signed on to star in the indie Kiss Kiss Bang Bang with Stellan Skarsgard. The movie is about a hit man (Skarsgard) who must adopt a full-grown man with the personality of a 5-year-old (Penn).

American Psycho : The quicktime trailer for American Psycho is released. The film stars Christian Bale, Jared Leto, Willem Dafoe and Reese Witherspoon.

Oscar Ballots : Ten mailbags with all 4,000 Oscar ballots were missing Tuesday in a real Hollywood whodunit for Academy Awards executives, a distinguished accounting firm and the Postal Service. According to Hollyood Reporter, part of the mystery was solved in the early afternoon when postal workers found two of the missing sacks, Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences spokesman John Pavlik said. A week after mailing the ballots, tucked in business envelopes with 33-cent, first-class postage, the Academy learned members still hadn't received them.

Quiller Solitaire : John Travolta is in negotiations to play in Quiller Solitaire. The film is based on Adam Hall's series of novels about a British agent. The studio has put the James Bondish property on the fast track with hopes of turning it into an action-adventure franchise, and it is now out to directors.

Road Trip : Four friends take off on an 1800 mile road trip to retrieve an illicit tape mistakenly mailed to a girl friend. The film stars Seann William Scott, Breckin Meyer, DJ Qualls and Andy Dick.

The Incredible Shrinking Man : Eddie Murphy has committed to star in the remake of the 1957 film The Incredible Shrinking Man. The film will be directed by Peter Segal and tells the story of a man who begins to shrink after he is exposed to a strange mist. His life becomes a battle for survival, with only his wits to overcome the liability of his size. Murphy is expected to shoot the film after he completes Pluto Nash which is set to go before cameras next month.

Pierce BrosnanBlood and Champagne : Pierce Brosnan will produce and star in Blood and Champagne, a romantic drama about the famous war photographer Robert Capa. The film will tell the story of the 18-month period of Capa's brief but tumultuous life. Born Andre Friedmann in 1913, he was forced to flee his Hungarian homeland at 17 because of his political activism. After moving to Paris and discovering his talent for photography, Capa took his camera to the Spanish Civil War and WWII. He later shot portraits of luminaries ranging from Truman Capote to Pablo Picasso. He died in 1954 after stepping on a land mine while on an assignment.

Miss Congeniality : Michael Caine will star in Miss Congeniality, a comedy starring Sandra Bullock as an FBI agent who goes undercover at a beauty pageant. In the movie Caine will show her and other contestants how to look, walk, etc. Donald Petrie will direct the the picture. Caine, who received an Oscar nomination for his supporting role in The Cider House Rules, just completed Quills, co-starring Geoffrey Rush and Kate Winslet.

Pearl Harbor : Ben Affleck has signed to star in Pearl Harbor to be directed by Michael Bay and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. Gene Hackman is also in negotiations to join the cast. The movie is a big-budget drama set around the Pearl Harbor bombing. Director Michael Bay recently said "You will see what happened at Pearl Harbor like you have never seen it in any other movie". The screenplay is by Randall Wallace (Braveheart).

Bruce WillisWeekend Box Office : Five new films opened this weekend but The Whole Nine Yards starring Bruce Willis managed to stay on top of the box office. Madonna-Rupert Everett starrer The Next Best Thing came second and Drowning Mona which stars Danny DeVito and Bette Midler came close third. Two family flms My Dog Skip and Snow Day came fourth and fifth respectively. Reindeer Games dropped more than %41 and only could get $15 million up to day.

Angelina JolieTomb Raider : Angelina Jolie will play Lara Croft in Tomb Raider, a live-action feature based on the hugely popular video game. Lara Croft is a publishing magnate who travels to exotic locations to uncover and preserve ancient artifacts, facing danger and adventure along the way, like a female Indiana Jones. Simon West will direct the picture which is scheduled to start this summer.

The Richest : According to Forbes magazine George Lucas earned $400 million last year and ranked first in the list. Oprah Winfrey came second far behind Lucas with $150 million Clothing designer Giorgio Armani was ranked third with $135 million, followed by television producer David Kelley, (Ally McBeal, The Practice) with $118 million. Tom Hanks, ranked fifth with $71.5 million. The other who made to the top ten list include Tom Clancy ($66 million) and Stephen King ($65 million); music group Backstreet Boys ($60 million); director-producer Steven Spielberg ($60 million); and Bruce Willis ($54.5 million).
