Michelle Forbes!

If you have the balls to call yourself a JC fanatic (like myself) then you would know that Miss (God I hope so!) Forbes has already starred in a JC film. Yes, she was Brazen, left-hand to Stacy Keach (Malloy) in Escape From L.A.

Then why, you might ask, am I giving props to her? Because in my infinite wisdom I felt she was seriously underused. I base this belief on my TV knowledge of her. I'm not necessarily a fan of her post-Star Trek:TNG work, but I'll have to admit her stint on the latter show made quite an impression. On it she played the unforgettable ensign Ro Laren. I have never seen the female figure so PERFECTLY fill out a Starfleet uniform! Can I have a Star Date Miss Forbes?! Puhleeze!! Hehe..

Anyway, Michelle has a piercing stare that can melt steel when she wants it too. And she comes across as EXTREMELY intelligent. There's not a trace of ignorance in her delivery, you feel it in your gut that this woman has got her shit together, if you know what I mean and I think you do.

In EFLA she just sort of doled out her lines, her role was not particularly large or significant (but then again, whose is when you got Snake Plissken walkin' around?) and so I was sort of disappointed.

Since it is damn near next to impossible to make this woman look stupid, she would be a perfect heroine in a JC film. And she's got something about her that allows her to walk the line between good & evil, she can do both and still have you rooting for her.
