Light, coming from under a set of double doors, got brighter as they came closer.
A Jack-O-Lantern sat outside the door, grinning.
The doors burst open and a figure stepped out. "Welcome!"
"AGHHHHHHH!"
"Guys!" The vampire grinned. "It's me."
"CAPTAIN!" The crew sagged against one another in relief.
"I thought it would be fun to have a Halloween party at this old house." The Dread Pirate Thomas pointed to the decorations and food in the room. "We've just been waiting for all of you!"
"Hey!" Queen Katherine walked up, smiling. "You made it."
"Barely," Adri muttered. She winked at her pirate buds.
"Is this yours, Captain?" Falconfyre gestured to the stone gargoyle who still had hold of her hand.
"Nope." Dread Pirate Thomas smiled. "But it seems attached to you."
"I'm starving!" Jeremy Ray eyed the food set out on tables.
"Dig in!" Queen Katherine said with a laugh.
As the guys headed off for the food, the rest shook their heads. "I can't believe this was all planned!" Tails sighed.
"Well, let's not waste it." Babs winked. "Let's party!"
"PAAAAAAAAR-TAYYYYY!" Adri whooped.
And that me mateys, was one of our first parties together with the Dread Pirate King and Good Queen Katherine.
But let's not dally. There's food, good music, great friends and loads of fun planned for tonight too. Come on and join us! And remember, pirates love to have a good time, but we do know one rule of Halloween.....
