Recipe
One small (adult) Godzilla
One Velociraptor.
Batman (neural armour? anyway, the one with the rilly kewl, way excellent black and red wings - I'll have to look at the box when I went home, but I thought I was going to do that this morning...)
Spray primer/filler.
White automotive paint.
Red automotive paint.
White model paint.
Red model paint. (A _good_ red felt tip may be substituted, if desperate.)
(Flesh model paint.)
Yellow model paint.
Black. (felt-tip or paint may be used, to taste.)
masking tape

Tear apart velociraptor and Godzilla to make a dragon.
Take Batman's wings for the beast.
Leave aside Batman himself for later.

(Later)
...cut off all the spikes - ears, wing pegs (you'd have to see the figure to know what those are), extra bits on boots and gloves (get lazy and leave the ones on the fingers, to taste.) File down remaining yucky bits.
Use spray primer/filler to smoove it out a bit. Mask off face.
Go into 'Pain Booth' in workshop (really paint booth, but someone got rid of a strategic 't'), and spray with white automotive paint. Mask off a Canadian flag, taking advantage of any suitable natural contours of the figures. Spray paint it red.
Remove mask _carefully_. Use ordinary brush with automotive paint to paint over blurred edges and rubbed-off paint work. Add details using modelling paint/pens. (yellow eyes, white & red lines, black around boots & gloves, etc...)

At this point, you may notice that the legs are so long, it looks like Clarke's version of Mac. Paint face-mask to be either version, to taste.
