Ernie's relation-ship with Monica Lewinski

Ernie's the one who talked Monica into doing things with the President of the USA (I'd rather not go into details!!!). He also helped Starr during his research and is now (as I recentely heared) being chased by the FBI, CIA, etc. etc. etc.
