1980 remake espionage thriller as a new breed spy hero, who is completely
without an identity but posesses extraordinary talents in fighting and
linguistics.
The movie starts with
Bourne being rescued at sea. He carries nothing but bullets in his back
and a bank account number embeded in his hip. He is in disarray and knows
nothing of his past. In Zurich, he discovers a safe deposit box containing
passports, loads of cash, a weapon, and a name - Jason Bourne, with a
Paris address. Bourne quickly reliases that there are people who do not
wish him well.
He meets Marie Kreutz, a hard-luck German-born wanderer and offers her $10,000 for a ride to Paris. Despite her reservations, she takes the cash and begins the journey with Bourne that changes her life forever.
