Downtown L.A. An urban Combat Zone where gangs rule the streets. A territory policed by two cops, partnered against the ever mounting violence. McGavin, a though, arrogant rookie with a hard hitting reputation, wants action. He's ready to fight every inch of the way to get it. Hodges, a veteran cop, after five years of stret wars, asks for some peace, but not a piece of the action. Now he's back to face the bloodshed. Two men against the gangs in a place where the only law and order is the graffiti on the walls and the colors on your jacket. |
