Overview : This section is called the Frequently Asked Question/Never Asked Questions page simply because I have no other better name for it. Generally, mundane questions about Ah! My Goddess which are related to the Real World are posted here.

What's Darjeeling Tea? :
Darjeeling Tea is a "rare" red tea, grown in the Himalayas at extremely high altitudes. Teas (and coffees, for that matter) only produce their best flavours when grown at certain high altitudes, and only for the first one or two seasons of sprouting. Darjeeling is a prized tea with a strong, woody aroma (one can actually smell it through a blocked nose, even though it isn't strong) that tastes a little like its aroma, and a somewhat stronger touch of something that tastes like another fragrant wood. (Maybe nuts. I'm not exactly a connoisseur of tea you know.) It's also found in Irish Breakfast Tea mixes together with Asam (and sometimes Ceylon) teas. The result's a tea with a more fragrant smell and slightly stronger, smoother taste.

What brand (of Darjeeling) does Belldandy drink? :
Well, the only lead I have here is from an episode (I think 3) of the mini-Goddess Adventures series where mini-Urd and Skuld use the kitchen as a command centre for Gan-chan's (Mr. Rat) liftoff into space. There was purple box used as a control console which said "Darjeeling Tea, Estb. 1706". I went to the local supermarket to check it out. Apparently, Twinings of London (Estb. 1706) sells Darjeeling tea in lavender purple boxes of 25 sachets each with the same basic design of a ribbon seperating the tea type and established date.

Does 131's Ice Cream really exist? :
Well, it's a spoofed name of a real ice cream company actually. 31's Ice cream is actually Baskin Robins' ice cream, their shops are normally adorned with an artificial plastic pink and white striped paraquet. (They might use fluorescent lamps inside hollow paraquets for outdoor outlets.) It's kind of extinct over here in Singapore, but I don't know about America and the rest of the world.
