Screenplay by Warren LewisWARREN LEWIS (Screenplay by) made his motion picture debut as a screenwriter with director Ridley Scott’s "Black Rain," which starred Michael Douglas and Andy Garcia. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Lewis attended New York State University at Binghamton, and continued his graduate studies at New York University’s Film School. He began his film industry career as a researcher for film productions, and as an apprentice editor for television commercials. During this period, Lewis was also an EMT and a paramedic for what was then the New York City Emergency Medical Service. Interested in the on-set aspects of filmmaking, Lewis also worked as an assistant director for such films as "Nomads" and "The Boys Next Door," before moving to Los Angeles to devote himself to screenwriting. |
